Flew in tonight (Thurs) after a 5 days snowmobile trip....Can get seat # tomorrow.....Be up on top of the Petty stands in the "Handicapped" seating; best seat in the house. 5th year in a row. PM me a cell #....Beer all weekend!!!!!!

I won't make it this year, but I have gone 4 times in the past. My recommendation is to go in on a limo in a group. It is a long nasty drive through the traffic if you drive yourself. The shuttles suck beause there are so many people on them. We took a limo for about $100 each (including tip) and he took us to the liquor stores and to get food. Plus limo's can drive right up to the track and they wait outside for you. Which means if there is a rain delay you can chill in the limo. The way back you can pass out or get some North Las Vegas street meat!

Saddest day I've had in a year. I sold my 4 tickets and rv pass two weeks ago. I've been to that race and had fun in the rv lot for the past six years! With the lousy economy, I just couldn't justify spending the bucks this year. I'm hoping to go next year or maybe even sneak off to fontana in the fall if things pick up.

The race is fun, but the atmosphere and the rv lots are the kicker for me!

We went to the race a few years back. To remedy the traffic mess we had our wifes (who didn't go to the race) park on the on ramp to the freeway about the time the race ended. We just walked out to the free way and we were outta dodge.
