Who has broken the oil res on their rev?

Just got done replacing Tudizzle's, what a PITA. Hard to believe it cracked from tagging a rock with the right ski.

It's already premixed now, how are you supposed to bleed the oil line?

my 03 zx oil res leaked really bad..........finally found a crack in and around the threads wiped the crack out and inside the oil res area of crack with acetone...........then applied the product that you use to repair the hood...........this stuff stuck good and repair is made...........if any one wants to know the name of the product just ask all go out in the shop and look.......it repairs several plastics and materials ......skidoo hoods are made out of rrim-urathane...........and yes that is a material ..........

Fill the oil tank with oil, find the oil pump its below the carbs, you'll probley have to remove the carbs and move back. There is a small screw on the side of the pump take a 8mm socket and remove the screw, let the oil run out until there are no air bubbles coming out then reinstall the screw. then reinstall the carbs. Its probably a good idea to still run a little oil in the gas tank so you can make shure your oil pump is working.
