The Obama administration is unveiling a new program to provide support to state and local housing agencies to provide help to thousands of home buyers and renters.

The administration said the new program would help to support low mortgage rates and expand resources for low and middle income borrowers who want to buy or rent a home.

Mortgages for low income??? I have a friend who has a near perfect credit score, 25% down and the reason the bank (who ownes the homes) won't make him a loan is because he owns his own business and is buying the homes for an investment. He should be the perfect buyer I mean who would make a better banking customer? I don't f-ing get it anymore.
