looked like there were about half of the forum up there today, haha not very much snow either.
lake marie and on the back side was good put the first track up the hill and did some boodockin so i was happy with the 30 mile ride... it needs to snow!
ollie was that you coming up from the saratoga side?

me and my dad were up there, kinda thin but enough to break in a new sled!

I have a new sled to break in also(not that I've ever done it before). I should have gone but I helped my buddy work on his sled. I can't wait. I did get to blast my 600 EFI around on my property for about an hour. The burrow pits had about a foot or foot and a half of snow in them. It was a riot. I hope you guys had fun and didn't break anything.

Yea, the wife and I drove around the mountain. I didn't want to pick my way thru the rocks and didn't want to ride 130. I don't know the areas around greenrock well enough to know what to avoid.

Went from chains end over to North French creek. the open areas are pretty much blown down to 10-12" of snow. Snow in the trees was about 2', too bad the stumps are 1' 10". Found a few of em.

Decided to see what the snow was like on the west side so we just hit the trail (or what will become the trail). Went down N to L, over to H, then back to U and back to the truck.

Needs about 2' more snow to really start to have some fun.

Was that you that drove up to the gate at chains end while we were loading up??

Was nice to just get out and ride. Even if it was a pretty tame day.

Just moved to Cheyenne a couple months ago and dont know very many people. Looking for some guys to ride with this winter. I have rode the snowies for the past few years, but this is the first time I have lived here. Hit me up if you don't mind an extra tagging along. Thanks

I was up there on Sat. just hung around the Toilet Bowl most of the day. I was on the M7 with the black FOX sticker across the hood. in our groop we had: 08 Dragon 800, 06 M7 (mine), 03 600 RMK, viper, and the new Arctic Cat snwo cross sled that was getting broke in.

I remember you guys, lots of drag racing on the road by lake marie. We were watching the group trying to fix the xp with a track that locked up halfway up the hill climb. Snow wasn't too bad on the west side, played in a couple feet of nice power in some fields, then went home in one piece before our luck ran out. It was fun to get out! Also made some kharma credits... Towed a broken m-6 back to chains end parking area & towed an explorer out of a ditch by brooklyn lake lodge with my truck...

good to hear you guys didnt have any carnage. the xp that was on the hill sucked a rock up into the tunnel and it locked the track up, we finally got it out by rocking the track back and forth and spinning the clutch. saw an M7 that was limping back with a broken left side A-arm, helped him get loaded.

found a cell phone in the middle of the road if anybody lost one let me know, the battery is dead so i couldnt check any contacts in order to return it. it was a good day, cant wait to get some more fluff

Minie - were you too scared to put it over the top, or does your sled just not have enough powa! HAHA! I'd have liked to show you how it's done, but my motor is still in Canada and the guy can't get parts for it! Guess I'll be riding the wifes 7 this year! Give me a call sometime...
