1. What if I had told you in October 2008, before the last presidential
election, that before Barack Obama's first 100 days in office, the
federal government would be in control of both the mortgage and the
banking industries? That 19 of Americas largest banks would be forced
to undergo stress tests by the federal government which would determine
if they were insufficiently capitalized, so they must be supervised by
the government? Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in
America ."

2. What if I had told you that within Barack Obama's first 100 days in
office the federal government would be the largest shareholder in the
U.S. automakers: GM and Chrysler? That the government would kick out
the CEO's of these companies and appoint hand-picked executives with
zero experience in the auto industry and that executive compensation
would be determined, not by a Board of Directors, but by the government?
Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in America ."

3. What if I had told you that Barack Obama would appoint 21 Czars, now
(33) without congressional approval, (which is needed) accountable only
to him, not to the voters, who would have control over a wide range of
US policy decisions. That there would be a Stimulus Accountability
Czar, an Urban Czar, a Compensation Czar, an Iran Czar, an Auto Industry
Czar, a Cyber Security Czar, an Energy Czar, a Bank Bailout Czar, and
more than a dozen other government bureaucrats with unchecked regulatory
powers over US domestic and
foreign policy. Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in
America ."


4. What if I had told you that the federal deficit would be $915 billion
in the first six months of the Obama presidency - with a projected
annual deficit of $1.75 trillion - triple the $454.8 billion in 2008,
for which the previous administration was highly criticized by Obama and
his fellow Democrats. That congress would pass Obama's $3.53 trillion
federal budget for fiscal 2010. That the projected deficit over the next
ten years would be greater than $10 trillion. Would you have said,
"C'mon, that will never happen in America ."

5. What if I had told you that the Obama Justice Department would order
FBI agents to read Miranda rights to high-value detainees captured on
the battlefield and held at US military detention facilities in
Afghanistan .
That Obama would order the closing of the Guantanamo detention facility
with no plan for the disposition of the 200-plus individuals held
there. That several of the suspected terrorists at Guantanamo would be
sent to live in freedom in Bermuda at the expense of the US government.
That our returning U.S. Veterans would be labeled terrorists and put on
a watch list. Would you have said, "C'mon, that will never happen in
America ."

6. What if I had told you that the federal government would seek powers
to seize key companies whose failures could jeopardize the financial
system. That a new regulatory agency would be proposed by Obama to
control loans, credit cards, mortgage-backed securities, and other
financial products offered to the public. Would you have said, "C'mon,
that will never happen in America ."


7. What if I had told you that Obama would travel to the Middle East,
bow before the Saudi king, and repeatedly apologize for America's past
actions. That he would travel to Latin America where he would warmly
greet Venezuela's strongman Hugo Chavez and sit passively in the
audience while Nicaraguan Marxist thug Daniel Ortega charged America
with terrorist aggression in Central America. Would you have said,
"C'mon, that will never happen in America ."

8. Okay, now what if I were to tell you that Obama wants to dismantle
conservative talk radio through the imposition of a new "Fairness
Doctrine." That he wants to curtail the First Amendment rights of those
who may disagree with his policies via internet blogs, cable news
networks, or advocacy ads... That most major network television and most
newspapers will only sing his praises like the state-run media in
communist countries? Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in
America ."

9. What if I were to tell you that the Obama Justice Department is doing
everything it can to limit your Second Amendment rights to keep and bear
arms. That the federal government wants to reinstate the so-called
assault weapons ban which would prohibit the sale of any type of firearm
that requires the shooter to pull the trigger every time a round is
fired. That Obama's Attorney General wants to eliminate the sale of
virtually all handguns and ammunition, which most citizens choose for
self-defense. Would you say, "C'mon, that will never happen in America
."
10. What if I were to tell you that the Obama plan is to eliminate
states rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment and give the federal
government sweeping new powers over policies currently under the
province of local and state governments and voted on by the people. That
Obama plans to control the schools, energy, production, the environment,
health care, and the wealth of every U. S. citizen. Would you say,
"C'mon, that will never happen in America ."


11. What if I were to tell you that the president, the courts, and the
federal government have ignored the US Constitution and have seized
powers which the founders of our country fought to restrict.
That our last presidential election may have been our last truly free
election for some time to come.
That our next presidential election may look similar to the one recently
held in Iran . (And maybe under review by ACORN.) I know what you will
say. That will never happen in America.

If we don't do everything in our power to stop this madness in 2012, may

Not sure how much truth there is to this article in Canada Free Press about what the Northeast Intelligence Network has uncovered, but interesting given the Chicago style tactics with Inspector Generals and others and planting questions in press conferences that even Helen Thomas objected to. It looks like there were threats from the White House back last year about News people talking about the birth cert. issue.

Based on the correspondence from this individual and respecting the nature of the threats to him personally and professionally, it is our decision to allow him to enjoy anonymity until such time as he decides to reveal the facts himself at a time of his choosing.

From multiple interviews conducted within the last eight months, we have obtained information from other sources, independent of the above, who have also been instructed to avoid any discussion of the birth certificate issue at all costs, to wit:

The account of an administrative assistant employed in New York City by a cable network news station who provided significant, detailed information of a 2008 meeting between the top network executive and four-(4) well-known news anchors. This source confirmed that she drafted the memo to the various hosts to notify them of the date, time and location of this high-level meeting at the request of the network’s top executive.

Present at this meeting, she verified that the network official issued “warnings” to the personalities “to avoid any on-air discussion of the birth place, eligibility, and news accounts of litigation compelling [Barack Hussein] Obama to produce a legitimate copy of his birth certificate.” She stated that the network executive had her arrange the conference immediately following a meeting “between [the network executive] and an attorney closely associated with candidate Obama who was acting on his behalf.”

The statement of a corporate secretary for a major news network confirming the existence of a one-page inter-office memo, bearing the markings “confidential” and “not for dissemination,” addressed and distributed to news anchors and on-air talent” that specifically instructed the recipients to avoid any discussion pertaining to the Obama birth certificate controversy. The memo was written and distributed in October 2008, and specifically instructed on-air talent to “advise guests, as necessary, to refrain from citing any news story, legal proceedings, Internet ‘blogs’ or other sources that pertain to the ongoing eligibility controversy of future President Barack Obama.”

As outlined above, our Investigation has uncovered both direct and indirect evidence of threats being made against some of the nation’s top radio and television personalities, which would explain some giving this topic mere lip service. As one source interviewed during the course of this investigation stated, “I’ve got a career and family to think about.”

Although no one should be surprised over the manipulation of the news, the nature of this manipulation, and the extent of the threats against journalists, should shock even the most well grounded.

Any reasonable person must question the motivation of the media moguls. The individuals who have – and continue to threaten talk show hosts, news anchors, and others are the top people. We are not talking about mid or upper level management – this is from the very top in all cases. If there is nothing to the birth certificate issue and the question of eligibility, why the secrecy?"

The attorney for Kenneth Gladney wrote the St. Louis Tea Party Coalition after the union thugs beat Gladney last night outside the Russ Carnahan Town Hall meeting.

August 7, 2009

Dear Mr. Hennessy:

I am Kenneth Gladney’s attorney. Kenneth was attacked on the evening of August 6, 2009 at Rep. Russ Carnahan’s town hall meeting in South St. Louis County. I was at the town hall meeting as well and witnessed the events leading up to the attack of Kenneth. Kenneth was approached by an SEIU representative as Kenneth was handing out “Don’t Tread on Me” flags to other conservatives. The SEIU representative demanded to know why a black man was handing out these flags. The SEIU member used a racial slur against Kenneth, then punched him in the face. Kenneth fell to the ground. Another SEIU member yelled racial epithets at Kenneth as he kicked him in the head and back. Kenneth was also brutally attacked by one other male SEIU member and an unidentified woman. The three men were clearly SEIU members, as they were wearing T-shirts with the SEIU logo.

Kenneth was beaten badly. One assailant fled on foot; three others were arrested. Kenneth was admitted to St. John’s Mercy Medical Center emergency room, where he was treated for his numerous injuries. Kenneth was merely expressing his freedom of speech by handing out the flags. In fact, he merely asked people as they exited the town hall meeting whether they would like a flag. He in no way provoked any argument or altercation, as evidenced by the fact that three assailants were arrested.

We hope that Kenneth fully recovers from his injuries; however, he is in great pain at this time. We will be pursuing legal action at our discretion. This was a truly senseless hate crime carried out by racist union thugs. Regretfully, Representative Carnahan’s statements blaming Kenneth for being a disruptive force are wholly untrue and slanderous. We would like to think that an elected official in Representative Carnahan’s position would gather accurate information before carelessly rushing to judgment.

Kenneth supports conservative ideals, although he subscribes to no particular political party. We are calling on the SEIU, Representative Carnahan, and President Obama to condemn the racist actions of these union thugs. In the days to come, we will be investigating whether these thugs are working at the behest of Representative Carnahan and how strong their alliances to various organizations–such as ACORN–may be.

We hope the St. Louis Tea Party and tea party organizations around the country will protest Representative Carnahan’s offices and also protest SEIU offices in every major city across the U.S. These Democratic strong-arm tactics must end now.

The Carnahan staff was sneaking in SEIU members in the side door marked "handicapped." In this video you see one Carnahan supporter allowed into the meeting at Bernard Middle School through a side door. There were 1,000 tea party taxpayers stranded outside the main door.
When two SEIU members attempted to get in the same side door marked "handicapped" the crowd went nuts and blocked them at the door. Did you notice how nonchalant the SIEU members were about getting inside the door? Like they knew right where to go."

No matter what the president does to intimidate or even physically deter us from speaking out against his policies there is not much at all we can do about it while all the politics are in their basket and they, one way or another also control most of the established media. About the only thing right now might be to educate the county sheriffs that they are the real legal authority in their county and the Feds can not overstep them. Other than that we are screwed until we vote a bunch of democrats in congress out of office in 2010.
Until then we have to keep our voices heard and keep stirring the pot, civil disobedience or what ever it takes. They will try very hard to shut us up but so what, we have to do it. Our country is worth it.

I dont think we can afford to wait until 2010. I also think that (sadly) there isnt one politician out there that could lead such a revolt. (apollo) and such they may have a stranglehold on many key states and getting a conservative elected may be impossible. The White House Gets Sued for Its Fishy Email Program

These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can't keep track of all of them here at the White House, we're asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov."


The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) and the Coalition for Urban Renewal and Education (CURE) have filed suit in the District of Columbia Federal Court against the White House Over the "Sounds fishy, spy on your neighbor and send an email" program which drew fire last month.

Named in the suit are The Executive Office of the President, The White House Office of Health Care Reform and its director Nancy-Ann Deparle, and Macon Phillips, White House Director of New Media

According to the complaint filed by the AAPS and CURE Lawyers:


"1. AAPS and CURE bring this action to enforce the First Amendment right to free Speech and the Privacy Act's right to privacy against efforts by defendants Executive Office of The President ("EOP"), White House Office of Health Care Reform ("WHOHR"), Nancy-Ann Deparle in her official capacity as WHOHR's Director, Macon Phillips in his official capacity as White House Director of New Media, and others acting in concert (collectively, hereinafter "Defendants") unlawfully to collect information on political and other noncommercial speech by And on behalf of AAPS, CURE, and their members, officers, and employees (collectively, Hereinafter "Plaintiffs") and thereby to suppress speech protected by the First Amendment.



2. As set forth more fully in Paragraph 67, AAPS and CURE seek the following Injunctive and declaratory relief:


(a) Declare that the First Amendment and the Privacy Act prohibit and Preempt the Defendants' efforts to collect and maintain information on protected speech;
(b) Enjoin the Defendants' continued collection of such information via the Flag@whitehouse.gov email address and the linked "reality check" internet reporting Form (collectively, hereinafter "flag@whitehouse.gov");
(c) Order the Defendants to expunge all prohibited information obtained via Flag@whitehouse.gov from their records; and
(d) Order the Defendants to remove the solicitation for citizens to report on Others' "fishy" speech from whitehouse.gov and enjoin their soliciting or collecting Information (including email addresses) on third parties' political speech."


The plaintiff's claim the purpose of the "fishy" program was to stifle free speech and opposition to his health care program. The other concert was the collecting of information about political opposition.

The lawsuit was prompted by the White House solicitation for the public to report any fishy comments to flag@whitehouse.gov. Although the White House slightly revised its data collection procedure last week, the email address still exists, the illegal activity continues, and is part of an unlawful pattern and practice to collect and maintain information on the exercise of free speech, which continues in violation of the Privacy Act and First Amendment even if the Defendants terminate a particular information-collection component due to negative publicity.

The lawsuit outlines how the White House has employed a form of bait-and-switch tactic of accusing the Plaintiffs and other opponents of spreading misinformation about the Administration's goals for health care reform, and thereby refusing to come clean about its real agenda.

The lawsuit outlines that the White House knew that the data collection would chill free speech, and in fact, intended to do just that:


"43. As part of their effort to advance the White House healthcare reform agenda, Defendants have accused opponents (including Plaintiffs) of spreading misinformation on issues such as whether (a) health reform would provide public funding for abortions, (b) put death panels in place to deny care to the elderly or infirm, (c) amount to a government takeover of healthcare, and (d) increase healthcare costs..the Defendants and the administration have spread misinformation, semantics, and disinformation on these topics..

45. By denying and continuing to deny that healthcare reform legislation includes death panels that make individual life-or-death decisions on the elderly or infirm, the Defendants and the current administration have ignored and implicitly denied and continue to ignore and implicitly to deny both that their healthcare reform agenda involves rationing healthcare"


This is not the first time that the AAPS has filed a lawsuit against a government-run healthcare program; they won a lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and friends for covering up information during the setting up of the Hillary Care program.


"It seems that some government officials never learn that the cover-up can be worse than the underlying conduct,'' writes Judge Lamberth. ``Most shocking to this court, and deeply disappointing, is that the Department of Justice would participate in such conduct...this type of conduct is reprehensible, and the government must be held accountable for it.''


"This is a sad victory,'' said AAPS spokeswoman Kathryn Serkes. ``We're relieved and pleased to have our claims of an illegal cover-up corroborated. But it's a shame that the victory comes at a cost to the American people. If the White House and Department of Justice had told the truth from the beginning, this prolonged and expensive litigation could have been avoided."


"It's too bad that those guilty of this misconduct don't have to pay the bill-instead of the taxpayers. Perhaps now that they've finally been accountable for at least one of their scandals, they'll learn their lesson-a cover-up is a cover-up whether it is in the basement files of the White House or in a federal courtroom.''

If you are waiting for the ACLU to join in the lawsuit, do not hold your breath. This organization whose purpose is to protect our civil liberties does not believe in protecting our liberty from liberal causes. Maybe if someone claimed the "flag@whitehouse.gov" email mentioned a deity, but until then, now way.

It seems as if President Obama has made quashing free speech a primary objective. On top of this "fishy" program there is his "diversity" CZAR at the FCC who is threatening to price conservative radio out of business. And there is that bill going through the Senate promising to give the President carte' blanche to shut off the internet when he decides we are having a cyber-emergency. If all of this does not run shivers down your spine, it would be difficult to figure out what will.
