White House calls for citizen snitches to opposing views

If you oppose The Obama's planned takeover of America via healthcare "... via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov."

http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/Facts-Are-Stubborn-Things/

Obama's statements are LIES. You will NOT be able to keep your plan or your doctor. Your taxes WILL go up and health services WILL be rationed.
I READ IT IN THE LEGISLATION.

What next, the KGB at your door?!
or rather mine...

Just heard about his too. So any bets on who starts snitching on the threads here?

just wait a bit ..and this could be coming to a home near you

UK Government To Install Surveillance Cameras In Private Homes
State to spy on parents, make sure kids go to bed on time, attend school

Paul Joseph Watson

The UK government is about to spend $700 million dollars installing surveillance cameras inside the private homes of citizens to ensure that children go to bed on time, attend school and eat proper meals.
No you aren’t reading a passage from George Orwell’s 1984 or Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World, this is Britain in 2009, a country which already has more surveillance cameras watching its population than the whole of Europe put together.
Now the government is embarking on a scheme called “Family Intervention Projects” which will literally create a nanny state on steroids, with social services goons and private security guards given the authority to make regular “home checks” to ensure parents are raising their children correctly.
Telescreens will also be installed so government spies can keep an eye on whether parents are mistreating kids and whether the kids are fulfilling their obligations under a pre-signed contract.
Around 2,000 families have been targeted by this program so far and the government wants to snare 20,000 more within the next two years. The tab will be picked up by the taxpayer, with the “interventions” being funded through local council authorities.
Another key aspect of the program will see parents deemed “responsible” by the government handed the power to denounce and report bad parents who allow their children to engage in bad behavior. Such families will then be targeted for “interventions”.
Both parents and children will also be forced to sign a “behavior contract” with the government known as Home School Agreements before the start of every year, in which the state will dictate obligations that it expects to be met.
The opposition Conservative Party, who are clear favorites to win the next British election, commented that the program does not go far enough and is “too little, too late.”
Respondents to a Daily Express article about the new program expressed their shock at the totalitarian implications of what is unfolding in the United Kingdom under the guise of social services initiatives.
(ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)

“Sorry, but what the hell? Why are people not up in arms about this?,” writes one, “This is a complete invasion of privacy, and it totally ignores the fact that the state does NOT own kids. It’s not up to them how parents choose to raise their children, as long as the parents do not actively harm them. Why on earth aren’t the public rioting? It’s completely anathema to basic British freedoms.”
“Excuse me!?! What an incredible intrusion into the privacy of a family! George Orwell must be spinning in his grave right now,” writes another.
“I have one comment to make: it completely violates Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (Human Rights Act 1998). Has this minister and his lackies even done any basic homework on basic human rights and civil liberties? Or rather they’ve just decided to completely ignore them,” adds another.
The move to install surveillance cameras inside private homes is also on the agenda across the pond. In February 2006, Houston Chief of Police Harold Hurtt said cameras should be placed inside apartments and homes in order to “fight crime” due to there being a shortage of police officers.
“I know a lot of people are concerned about Big Brother, but my response to that is, if you are not doing anything wrong, why should you worry about it?” Chief Hurtt told reporters.
Andy Teas with the Houston Apartment Association supported the proposal, saying privacy concerns would take a back seat to many people who would, “appreciate the thought of extra eyes looking out for them.”
If such programs come to fruition and are implemented on a mass scale then the full scope of George Orwell’s depiction of a totalitarian society is his classic novel 1984 will have been realized.
The following passage is from Orwell’s 1984;
The telescreen received and transmitted simultaneously. Any sound that Winston made, above the level of a very low whisper, would be picked up by it, moreover, so long as he remained within the field of vision which the metal plaque commanded, he could be seen as well as heard. There was of course no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment. How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire was guesswork. It was even conceivable that they watched everybody all the time. But at any rate they could plug in your wire whenever they wanted to. You had to live — did live, from habit that became instinct — in the assumption that every sound you made was overheard, and, except in darkness, every movement scrutinized.

There was a Rep from TX on CNN just a few minutes ago...

CNN had played 3 snippets from town hall meetings being held by Rep's in WI, NY and TX and all 3 ended up being a yelling/screaming... this plan sucks, etc... So they bring on this Rep from TX and he is saying that all the things these people are complaining about are just scripted words and a gathering of people put together by the Republicans and Health insurance agency to try and get the public riled up about it and get this whole thing shot down.

So, according to most of the Democrats put on CNN, the problem we see with health care is not legitimate and that the Republicans and health insurance industry are in kahootz and getting together groups of people to protest about it and attend these town hall meetings to create a video to get on the internet.

Then, last night on another news channel MSNBC, there was a reporter talking about all the money that certain Rep's have had donated to them by by different health related corporations and groups to basically buy their vote. Tester was one of them, but there were many more and were talking millions of dollars donated to elected officials to get their way.. That's not how the process is supposed to work. Health care needs to be REFORMED and so does WASHINGTON!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to Sturgis tomorrow for 5 days, and I hope there aint a TV in sight.

Sweet. If they do that, I'll put up the most obscene posters on the walls and some hardcore snuff films on the tv. Walk around naked, flaunt myself in front of the camera.... it'd be great fun.

My bet is nobody would want to see my camera.

Honestly, it sounds a lot like the cameras in DTV boxes... tinfoil hats, government conspiracies, etc...

I saw this on Fox this a.m. too. Same with the Tea Parties, trivialize them and mock their legitimacy so they get discouraged and give up. NOT

The Cleveland TP the other day had 8,000 to 10,000 people and the MSM reported "a couple hundred." Judge Andrew Napolitano spoke.

Nazi-Style Denunciation Campaign Urges Americans To Report Each Other
WeTip program offers cash rewards for anonymous tips about guns, child abuse and suspicious behavior

A privately-run informant program operating nationwide encourages Americans to anonymously turn each other in to the authorities for cash rewards in a chilling echo of the Nazi “denunciations” of 1930’s Germany, where neighbors would grass their neighbors up to the local Gestapo officer over petty issues.
The WeTip organization takes anonymous tips online or via toll free phone lines and carries the creepy slogan “For A Safer America!” on its website beneath an image of a U.S. flag.
The group forwards tips given by the public to law enforcement authorities across the country, with no jurisdictional borders.
An Orwellian poster being plastered up across American towns and cities as part of a campaign run by the organization reads, “ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IS NOT TOLERATED” and advises citizens to “turn them in” and receive a reward of up to $1000. Things to “turn them in” for include drug dealing and theft, but more vague examples such as “threats and intimidation” as well as “weapons” and “gang activity” are listed, as is “child abuse”.
Is the presence of a “weapon” in and of itself evidence of a crime in a country where citizens have the legal right to own firearms? Will your neighbor be turning you in if he sees you loading your car with a rifle on your way to the shooting range? What about “child abuse”? Will your friendly local spy be informing the authorities when he sees you disciplining your child?
What else constitutes suspicious activity? According to law enforcement and Homeland Security guidelines, suspicious behavior includes owning guns, being politically active, and having bumper stickers on your car.

Wow being able to turn someone in for owning a gun? Dam I could be turned in at least 50 times.

F*ck you Obama and cronies! I'm done! I'm at my end! The time for talk will soon be over!

The Nazi party in Germany hated big business, was radial in fighting pollution, big on mandatory citizen servitude, banned smoking, all about national healthcare, big on abortion and euthanasia...

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi calls those that disagree with The Obama 'Nazis'. In reality it is the "Democratic" party that shares the Nazi mindset.
Ted Kennedy's father was removed from office back in the day for being a Nazi sympathizer.

The Obama is so all about image...
His healthcare logo is on the left
The right is a Nazi germany logo
You decide...

Let's see. A small carbon dioxide laser, pointed right at the lens. Might blow some pixels. I stun gun applied to the output port, might kill the imager communications port. I fine mist of jerry curl, sprayed into the air, around the lens might fuzz the picture up. The cable got cut by vandels. A mirror, reflecting a hylogen light, glaring at the screen.

There's many ways to screw with these things.

So history repeats itself under obama?

In 1930's Germany, the new socialist government of Adolf Hitler (NAZI National Socialist Workers' Party) began indoctrinating children in the quasi-military organization, the Hitler Youth, to inform on their parents should they overhear discussions subversive to the policies of the Leader. As the noose was tightened, local community organizers were appointed to watch their neighbors and were told to report subversive comments to the bureaucrats above them. Neighbors informed on neighbors, some for reasons of patriotism or loyalty, some from fear. A modern inquisition ensued; a terror to free thought and expression. Increasingly harsh penalties were meted out to those who dared to dissent.

The socialist governments of the Soviet Union, Fascist Italy, N. Korea, Cuba, Yugoslavia, and the People's Republic of China employed the same citizen informer techniques. Citizens of those societies were reduced to either silence or whispered discussion only among those they trusted the most. Of course none of those things would ever occur here in the land of the free. But wait...

Now on the White House website posted by Macon Phillips comes an eerily similar request for citizens to inform on their neighbors. It states,

"There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to the end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can't keep track of all of them here at the White House, we're asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov."

Read this again carefully. The government of the United States is openly asking citizens to report rumors, the contents of casual conversation, and the contents of emails. They decry the fact that they are unable to "keep track" of the communication between citizens effectively and are asking for help from informers. Of course forwarded emails would contain the electronic addresses of the sender.

Does this sound like the country you know (knew)? Are these the words of people who think of themselves as public servants, or is this something darker? Does a constitutional government tasked with protecting the rights of its citizens ask them to inform on each other to the White House?

Are we now like one of those totalitarian states? No. But we have become more collectivist. Is the move toward appointing unaccountable Czars with enormous authority, the takeover of multiple industries (corporatism), the restructuring of the economy on a socialist-command model, and the request for citizens to inform on their fellows a step closer to that ugly place? Unquestionably, the answer has to be yes. We must be concerned with the direction in which we are headed as well as the breathtaking speed.

You guys have to understand.
The protests and the outrage HAS to be false.
If the dems admit they are valid or actually true, then they also have to admit that what they are doing is possibly bad.
Therefore they say the people are just paid lobbiest, or just an angry mob. They will call you racist, uninformed, ignorant or anything else they can come up with to try and tamp down or villify what is happening and the fact it is growing.

If they seperate and eliminate, then they can win.

Another Gooder from Canada Free Press. This gal said she sent this about herself to the WH narc line. :D

Hello White House!
By Daria Anne DiGiovanni Wednesday, August 5, 2009

Per the erudite advice of Michelle Malkin and the blog Brutally Honest, I decided to save Obama and his blind followers the trouble of having to track me down for being a “Right Wing Extremist” actively working to kill his DEATHcare bill, among other things. I encourage all of you to do the same. Dictators you see, have no sense of humor as noted by my sources above. Keeping that in mind, I just emailed the following to flag@whitehouse.gov:

Hello White House!

I just thought I’d “turn myself in” as a member of the patriot resistance who is actively and regularly speaking out against your Marxist plans for my country. You can find me in a number of places: my blog Palin Drone, (yes, named in honor of that wonderful patriot and authentic leader from Alaska); and on my Facebook, AmericaC2C, SmartGirlPolitics, God Bless America, Twitter and YouTube pages, just to name a few (I blog in many places, you see). And you can also listen to me on Blog Talk Radio, where I co-host a few shows and appear as guest on a number of others. Hey, tune in some time if you can! We’d love to debate you on the issues.

One other thing: You don’t scare me with your “spy on your neighbor” tactics, and since I don’t like to inconvenience anyone, I figured I’d write to you directly about my anti-Obamacare/anti-Cap and Trade/anti-communism activities. It’s an arrogant American, self-reliance kind of thing—something your brain-washed supporters would know nothing about. But then again, they don’t know much about anything, do they? And they sure as heck don’t know a damn thing about this proposed, horrendous, government-sponsored healthcare bill. Hate to burst your bubble but I have some bad news for you...these lemmings are vastly outnumbered by smart, informed citizens like me, some of whom I hung out with at Ron Klein’s office this morning. And if you don’t believe me, consult the polls...or my Facebook photo album.

Avidly working for “change” in 2010 and 2012,
Daria DiGiovanni
