Which Yamaha to buy/How to tune

I'm thinking of buying a Yamaha. I would like some input on which model I should investigate, as well as the options for upgrades.

I ride mostly 6,000-9,000 ft, but occasionally (twice a year) I go to Cooke (8,500-11,000 ft). The riding in my area is 10-15 miles of trails to get to the powder. I like riding both powder meadows and climbing. I also like jumping and dropping (nothing too extreme...maybe 25 ft at most).

I am 185 lbs, 6"2.

Any ideas?

NYTRO might be your fix. It is a excellent sled for everything you discribed except the deep and steep. at 135 hp and 550lbs I guess you can't expect it to climb with the light weight 800s. I have been on my new nytro five rides and for just all around fun, you can't beat a nytro. the apex has 15 more hp but is 40 or 50 lbs heavier so they are probably even as far as climbing. Put boost on either one and you have one mean machine.
