So you put 2k on it in 07/08 sold it then the customer rode it in the same season 07/08 then 08/09 then 09/2010. Thats impressive, how many miles???

My current Nytro has over 10,000 on it
My Apex has almost 10,000 on it
The others I had combine over 15,000 more
I know I have over 35-40,000k of boosted mountain miles on 4 stroke turbos since 2003.........never a single engine failure:face-icon-small-hap

Happy 4 stroke boosting boys and girls:face-icon-small-win

I have over 11000 kms on my boosted Yamaha motors and have also never had an engine failure.:face-icon-small-coo

Indeed, I would boost a 700 and day over the 800... I dont think polaris has ever made a "bad" 7... there 8's and 9's... now thats a different story.

I just want to say thanks to everyone for not turning this into one of those crap threads. There is alot of good info in here for someone new wanting to buy a sled to boost.

i agree the pto side crank bearing always goes before 3k miles on the po 800's the 7's never have problems they are as bullet proof as po's 550 air cooled....imo

I gotta say the APEX hands down sounds the best.

I voted M8 because of the lighter weight then the Nytro and better reliability then the D8.

I would definitely ride either though!

Sure an m8 is probably the best 2 stroke boosted, but you cant even compare it to a turbo'd yamaha. I hav'nt even ever blown a belt after 10,000+ miles.
