Which Sled Dollies?

Need to get a new set of sled dollies for the garage. Have a set of Sure Grip dollies for running sled from garage to shop when there is minimal snow but need a set of dollies that will move sideways for moving sleds around in the garage. Have bought two sets of supposedly heavy duty dollies that were relatively expensive and the bearings keep coming out of the casters and make them useless. Have pieced together parts from two sets to make one set that functions. Should not have to buy dollies every other year. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Happy Sledding!!!
Thanks in advance.

For the track, I made my own. Three 1"x3"s screwed to a piece of plywood and casters screwed to that. They go between the paddles, so all of the weight is put on the rails and not the paddles. It's not the best picture, but I think you get the idea. My experience with sled casters is that they are all junk.

Pro, I thought about something like that to keep the weight off of the lugs. I was only thinking of two boards facing up but 3 may be better. Thanks

Actually 1,2 or 3 would work I am sure. It's just what I had laying around and I went with that.

I've got a set of Extreme Max v-slide dollies that have held up perfectly for at least a few years. They are much better than the cheaper ones I've used prior. They are very well made and I'd recommend.

I've got a set of the Semi-Pro brand sled caddies that I like for the skis, but I bought one of the smaller harbor freight furniture dollies for the track since the small sled dollies always seem to fall over when the tall paddle tracks just never sit right.
