Which model Goldfinger Left Hand Throttle?

I picked up a used Goldfinger left hand throttle, but the seller did not know what sled it came from. How can you tell what manufacturer of sled it fits? There are no model numbers stamped on it. Here is a picture....

Should fit any sled out there, the only part that might need to be tweaked/changed would be the lever that connects to the stock throttle flipper.

When your finger gets caught in the stupid thing and you are off balance and it gets squezzed by mistake---You will know!!


I admit--I mounted mine straight down and figured I would never grab it by mistake--but it happened last year--and OUCH!! My hip took a hard hit in the tree and the sled bounced off the tree---HARD!!!

The cable was originally long for a "cut to size" custom fit...you may find it too short, just depends on the application. If so, may need to get a longer cable & housing is all.

I think it's for a REV because the adjustable cable on the lever. I have only seen that style for the REV. I could be wrong but thats what I have seen.

is there something else out there other than gold finger,,they can't be the only people into this,,and how does it affect throttle switches if the cable stuck,,guess it should still work,,i need a lefty but sceptical on this one

snowbunjie makes a sweet one, as did power madd. i have the power madd, but i don't think they are making them anymore. i know a few guys with the snowbunjie, and they are waaaaaay better than the goldfinger, IMO!!!!

I suggest you install a tether and USE IT

tether is a good idea on any sled, but manditory on ones with left hand throttles IMO
