Which Direction for Assault track??

I was looking at my assault track and it seems that the lugs are tipped back a little. There is an arrow pointing the direction the track should go but then there is another arrow(more like a diamond) pointing in the opposite direction.

My question is, Can the assault track be run either direction? What is your preference? and What direction doe is come stock? (I got the sled used and the track was replaces so I do not know if it was put on in the stock direction)
