Which direction for assault competion track?

I'm switching my 5.1 to an Assault track that I picked up and was wondering which direction they are supposed to be. There is a arrow one direction and a triangle the other. Any info would be appreciated.

They're supposed to run the direction that the arrow points.

they can be run either way. 1 direction is more aggressive than the other. You can tell because the lug stands up straighter 1 direction vs the other. The triangle direction is more aggressive than the arrow direction if I remember right.

Thanks. Figured it could run either direction but wanted to know the difference.
