well i know they definitly increased my abillities!....after i put them on - i did a ton of chit i never even dreamed of dooing before (had i noticed the decals were missing BEFORE i hit the buried section of railway track i'm pretty sure i would have reconsidered my skill levels...or at least re-installed more decals...-ouch!)
