The top for sure....Don't think Mineral Springs is a snow park, the owner is a nice guy and lets some park there, but won't hold a lot.
To get to Reecer, you zig and zag a lot. Seems if I park at the bottom, I'm running bare pavement. If I try driving up, I hit ice on the hill. Can't win...
