I am well aware of the A-Arm issues with the current system & just experienced separation on my lower clutch side arm at the rear.(1500 miles)
I will not put stock ones back on as Polaris won't warranty them so if I have to buy new, I want stronger as I like to jump and drop a lot. My dealer is trying to push a "no-name" brand kit on me but want tested & true.
I would appreciate hearing what you guys have had success with, and who will back their product! Cheers!

Anyone run the CMX front suspension? Or have a CMX to elaborate on riding with the camber change?

I put on 36" Alternative Impact a arms and after a couple rides on them I really like them. Makes an easy to ride on edge sled even easier. Plus Dan's customer service is second to none.
Also only $480 for a full set

Personally, if I had to replace mine I would go with diamond s manufacturing titanium a-arms with Delrin bushings.

I have the cmx front end with raptor shocks, and I love them. I have had no problems at all with them and they are super strong. I hit a rock on the side of my spindle and it pretty much threw me over the hande bars. I thought for sure I had bent if not broke the a arms. The only thing that happened what it's gouged the spindle quite bad and ruin my powder coating.

The geometry of the spindles help quite a bit, IMO, much easier to steer especially now in the wet slushy snow. It doesn't push nearly as bad as my stock a arms.

It is by far the smoothest sled I have ever owned or ridden. The raptor shocks are awesome. Clickers actually work. I have the k mod in the rear with the raptor shocks as well.

I would not hesitate to but a CMX front end or anyother product they sell, Mark is awesome to work with and stands behind his product. Well worth the money.

I had my lower left A arm come apart a month ago.. Same deal did not want to go back to the glued A arm BS.. Put Timbersled lowers on they bolt right on..

Peace of mind and not too expensive!!

I want to thank Fun Country in the Dalles Oregon for the warranty and applying that $$ to my aftermarket a arms!!!

By far the best dealer on the west coast!! If you live in the PNW and ride Polaris stop by and see Alec and Brandon!!

Go with alt impact and be done with it. Love mine on all 3 sleds now. makes no sense that they are the least amount of $ but the better arms. As for the cmx geom why would you spend 12-$1500 for that steel kit when for under 800.00 get them from dan in titanium?? he still wont do them in cromoly, ive asked to the point of being a real pain but i really dont think i could be any happier with them than my current 36'' kit, they rock. you couldnt hand me a 39'' a arm..

Im pretty sure shocks are not included unless you add another 1k+. They might have a shock-a arm kit package, and i havent been on the cmx site since early this season but i thought i remember seeing about $1500 for the spindles and arms. Their kit comes with spindles which are NOT nessasary to make the change.

Until I get new arms, could I put some kind of fastener through the glue injection hole into the arm itself???
Titanium arms seem a bit overkill to me...if we hit something hard enough, don't we want it to bend rather than it possibly damaging the tunnel?
I'm still unsure of which brand to buy But am leaning toward the Timbersled....unil the next guy says Z-Bros & do forth!!!!
Thanks for the input guys! It's dumpin in Whistler!!!

I am running alt impact chromoly a arms. They fit a tad loose on the top, but are strong as hell. I hit a gnar stump a few weeks back that sent me over the bars and flipped my sled. Zero damage, zero issues with my sled. Seriously impressed!!! The stockers would've folded just like they did last year when I bounced off a thick tree and ruined them. Note that I didn't hit the tree. I just bounced off it in a side hill. Stockers are weak!!!
