W WAPOWDER Free Member Jan 25, 2011 #1 Heading to levenworth this weekend. Where are good places to ride nearby and what kind of elevation will I be riding in? I'm jetted for 4-6,000, but I saw levenworth is only 1,100 feet elevation.

N NytroMTXJoe Free Member Jan 26, 2011 #2 There is a good snopark located a mile or two east of Lake Wenatchee. It's located off of Chiwawa Loop Road just northeast of Fish Lake. This will get you on the trail system. The trails are in pretty good shape. You can get to Sugarloaf from there but it's a pretty long ride. This is the high elevation area. Unfortunately, the off-trail conditions aren't all that great right now. You can also get to the Sugarloaf area from Eagle Creek. Eagle Creek Road is a few miles north of Leavenworth off of the Chumstick Highway (Road). Here's a link to the trail map and condition/grooming updates> www.lakewenatcheeinfo.com/snow-report/
