An 09' should be under warrenty yet. If not R V Sports at Thief River has good prices and quick shipping, otherwise country cat at Sauk Centre. If you order tomorrow you should have them by Friday.

Freeagent has a good rep. but shipping from west to east is slow (at least 5 days ups) and when time is a factor the ones close to home are a plus. Their prices are about the same as hers anyway.

Thats good to know, my local dealer says they can't do that! They want you to pay full list, plus the shipping to them, wait a week and then drive 30 miles to pick the part up!
Hmm...really.. I ordered my seat on the 19th and apparently its not getting sent out till the 4th....

Dude, your seat is backordered. She doesn't make the parts in house.
Not all dealers get free shipping from Cat. She puts in a large preseason order that gets her discount pricing and free shipping from Cat. If you dealer doesn't order large quanities of parts preseason then you will probably have to cover the shipping costs.
Skidooboy ordered his in Sept/Oct and didn't see it till Dec. They are B/O as of right now the company that was making them for Cat moved out of country so Cat had to find another company to make these seats and they were having problems with embossing on the seats. I have seats on backorder from Nov 3rd

i wasnt complaining of shipping time michelle, one of the other members was. i was sticking up for you by saying you had clutches in stock for a good price per our conversation last week. you know i am a firm supporter of yours and oregon trail sports. eric
I know you weren't i just wanted him to know that they are on Order and that i can't drop ship to Canada or I would. I have to order it here and then ship it to him Via US mail. I do order daily and if i have something instock i ship it out of my store UNLESS the customer needs it's right away then I Drop Ship it 2 day air at NO CHARGE. You gotta tell me when you order if your in a hurry......

guys you have to remember she isnt harry potter, doesnt have a crystal ball to see when things go on back order, nor can she know if you need your stuff NOW. all it takes is a little communication. let her know that you need things asap, ask questions on back orders and shipping. communicate with her. most problems stem from small communication issues. she is a great person and will answer you straight up when she has the answers. sometimes it isnt what you want to hear but, stuff happens.
as far as time frame and shipping delays. tell her when you need the part, she'll let you know if she can do it, and bend over backward to try to make it happen. or she'll tell you she cant, and then you can make the decision to order elsewhere.
i have never found another dealer willing to go out of their way like oregon trail sports does, to make sure i am taken care of.
those in canada (not a bash, dont take it the wrong way) you need to understand the shipping delays, border, customs issues she has to deal with, not to mention she cant drop ship there per cat rules. so everything that she doesnt stock, she has to order in to the store, then ship it to you. that means she orders it from minnesota and it is shipped to her in oregon. then she has to check it in, repackage it and THEN send it to you. it is time consuming.
give her a break. she busts her *** for us.
wait till MTdream gets ahold of you guys. we got your back girly.

Thanks everyone, the dealer is checking with AC to see if they will warrenty it. It sounds like where the groove is in my clutch will only effect me at 10 mph and slower, so it really shouldn't effect me at all.
