Where to fill a snowpulse canister in Seattle area

Anyone know where I can get my canister filled in the Seattle area, mine was supposed to come full but did not. I will be in Seattle this week so I figured there must be a place around there that has the equipment to fill it. Thanks

I got an adapter and refill kit with my pack. I just go to my local firehall and they will filler up.
All you need is dry compressed air.

I got the highmark pack.
You can get the adapter and O ring kit from snowbigdeals web site.
The adapter will go from the fire halls compresser to the snowpulse canister.
You will need to replace the O ring as well.A scuba shop may be able to refill also.
