I got a 2016 model and this piece broke upon small impact (part number 1824419):

I learned they replaced this part in 2017 into a more robust "metal" piece, not aluminium, part number 1824547. This part is not available until february in Europe and my sled is unrideable :(
I searched polaris US website and also there its not available. Where can I buy this part?

I don't remember who but there is a company that makes a billet aluminum version here in the states for the flat lander sleds. they may be persuaded to sell just the Idler side for us Mtn riders.

Other than bolt size it is functionally the same as the PRO Ride one. AXYS 8mm bolt and a bushing. PRO Rides are 10 mm bolt and bearings bushed to 10 mm.

I am not sure if the name I used is correct? Please look at the image and let me know if I named it correctly. it is a piece at the bottom of the sled that connects two steering arms (control arms??). In Polaris parts catalog this is called "IDLER ARM"

Regardless of the name. I have an identical take off or can send you a Pro ride substitute or both.pm me for more

I believe Alternative impact is making all the steering parts in Titanium also if Polaris is BO’d.
