I am going to long track a sno sport and an xcr120 this season where is the best place to buy 12' wide tracks ? Tracks USA ? any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance !

Getting ready to do the same ... last season I used a 108" x 11.5" x 1.25 snow bike track from AD Boivin on a Sno Sport - excellent track but needed to have the windows opened and cliped (could try it with extra wheels and leave the windows closed).
For this season I'm considering either a 121 x 12" x 1.75" from Timbersled (clipped and ready to go other than trim the lug height) - I checked and they use a Camoplast Challenger that is cut down to 12 1/4" (Camoplast uses shorter rods in the track so Timbersled can cut them without exposing the rods)

Someone should offer a similar track for the Sport / Scoot - stock type track that can be cut.

Other choice is a used 121" x 15" / 14" ripsaw or similar cut down to 12" wide ... a bit cheaper but doesn't look as good with the rods exposed.

FYI the 2.52" drivers for the Bravo's (square shaft) are available and fit perfectly on the Sport / Scoot drive axel.

Did you contact Ad boivin directly? I would'nt mind doing a 121 on my XCR but the snosport is a customers sled and he wants the 108.I can make whatever i need to get it going . I am going to build custom rails and drivers for both.I will probably make a few sets .

you can contact AD Boivin directly - the 108" x 11" x 1.25" is excellent on the sport - hooks up great and original drive axel tunnel has just enough clearance for the 1.25" lug - I used rails from an Ovation but I'm sure many others will fit as well. The pitch is a little different (2.58" vs 2.52") but with the smaller 7 cog drivers it worked perfectly. The lug pattern on this track is great for the size of the machine.

As for $, there is little difference between the Timbersled 121" ($575) vs the AD Boivin 108" ($500) as the latter has to be clipped. Either way, cost is pretty close to OEM track for the scoots - I've seen them listed for $400 to $600.

These two track options are miles ahead re ability - by far the best mod - other necessary mod is plastic skis for better floatation and less friction. If only Yamaha would offer similar sled again with a 4 stroke - far ahead of the kity cats and 120 sno pros.

ok thanks ! I think these little ones may be more fun to tinker with!the stock XCRs kitty cats are pathetic and not worth having IMO But I got the xcr I have for 100.00 so after the rec motorsports "robin engine "with some mods and clutching different story! even with the 121 it will be less than the price of a new one. the sport is a cool little machine. It will probably get a full out resortation if we make this work well.

I think the AD Bovin tracks for the snowhawks are crowned (rounded so that that lugs in the middle are taller than those on the edges.

HMMM
