Sled is a 2009 m1000t. I have aux plug by handle bars powering fuel pump. My factory fuel pump supply is powering aux inj on bd. The dc power converters aux plug is powering oil pump. Is there a good place to splice into? Can the reverse beeper work to power it? Can I splice into oil pumps power or the aux inj power that's being powered off factory fuel pump power supply. I would like to pull it from reverse beeper power if that will work! Thanks in advance for replys I'm wanting to put it on for tomorrow's ride if anyone can give me the answer tonight that would be great thank you

in another post someone mentioned pulling it off of the same source as your fuel control box that way if you lose power you will know it before your motor melts. The more guages that go blank the faster you will realize what's going on.

In the case of your bd box you would pull that power from the hot side of the mag injector which measures 18-21v DC because that's where the bd box get's it power.

So does the factory fuel pump power supply have enough juice to power both the secondary Injectors and a air to fuel gauge? Would it be better to use the power from dc power converter that is powering oil pump? Mounting gauge on handle bars! I'm not running headlights either if that matters!
