Where do you easily disconnect the ECM

Where do you easily disconnect the ECM,,, for when i tig up the Center cooler ?

the only easy way and only way is to pull the fuel tank back and disconnect the 2 connectors from the ecu, it sits infront of the tank.

Anyone ever tig weld w/ ECM connected ?

Weld Center cooler in assembly. ECM connected

Well i welded up Center cooler from stud puuncture w/ Tig, in assembly w/ ECM connected.
Grounded out on cooler w/ C-clamp, and then started up,, no issue.

I would think that as long as you have a good ground that you would be fine, but disconnecting is always the better idea just to be safe.... As long as she's running good I think you did good

The guy that welded on mine said that as long as the ground is good, and the ground clamp is placed very close to where you are welding, there's no issue.
