where can i order parts and get free shipping?

does any one know if there are parts dealers that offer free shipping? also i live in the northwest and it seems like all parts come from the east coast so a west coast supplier should be faster. i'm mostly looking for polaris and Acat parts

Most online sites offer free shipping on any order over $100.00. Which for me seems to be the mimimum price for just about any part.
