where can i get some rail extensions for my old phazer

im looking for some rail estensions for my 88 phazer. to go from 115 to 144. i know i've seen someone one here that makes rail extensions in the past or does anyone know where to buy some. i know tracks usa has them for the new phazers but not the old.
