Where can I get marine grade plywood?

Need to replace the deck on 12' open trailer, just need to find a local source for marine grade plywood. If I can get it at a place between Cheyenne and Longmont that would be ideal. If they can do the angle cut for my V-nose thats even better.

Wouldn't Home Depot have it or Lowes? They can usually cut as well if you have measurements, I believe its just treated lumber that you need, at least that's what I put on mine...

The big box stores will not have marine grade plywood, it is not the same a pressure treated either.

Call HAST Lumber in Commerce City 303-288-1515 Painting the underside of the floor will help prolong the floor life.

Also Pro Build (used to be Home Lumber) locations in Longmount, Loveland, Ft. Collins & Laramie. Longmount # 303 485 9894
Think my trailer might be due for a new deck this summer also.

What is the major difference between marine and green pressure treated? At what cost? Im interested now...

Googled it, $58 for marine, $30 for pressure treated 1/2" 4x8. Almost double the price but which will last longer? Someone do a test.

Wikipedia has a good description of marine but generally it uses hardwood plys vs softwood and a superior water resistant glue. Add "marine" and double the price:face-icon-small-blu

My trailer is aluminum so I have heard its better to go with marine grade over treated due to possible corrosion and other issues.

If you have the Triton trailer they have a lifetime warranty on the deck. I just replaced mine with factory marine grade from Triton. Find your local dealer for Triton trailers.

Even if it's a 97' and I'm not the original owner?

From what I found, you need the original receipt for Triton to honor the lifetime warranty. Otherwise I was quoted at $90/sheet plus $50 delivery for each piece (they don't stock it) from the Triton dealer in Fort Collins.
