When will OEM'S announce new sno-x??

Sounds like ISOC has gotten the ok from some race teams but so far it looks like OEM's haven't announced who will be running sno-x next season. The ISR rule meeting was this weekend I guess. I would thinknothing is decided till OEM's announce it.

If it's a done deal why haven't OEM's announced it yet?
Someone from a race team told me he got something saying FIRST? had got the ok from manufacturers. Something about them being oval racing circuit that would combine ovals with sno-x??
