When to rebuild TA shock?

Picked up a used '06 Summit X last year. My first Ski-Doo.
Doing the winter prep and sag, rebound and compression seem fine.
What's the opinion on when to rebuild the TA shocks?

What's the opinion on when to rebuild the TA shocks?

I do mine every season religiously. Amazing how dirty they get and the seals do not last forever.
