When to change quick drive belt

I have two years on my quick drive belt and 1000 miles. Any advice on when to change the quick drive belt? Has anyone had a failure? Miles when it happened? I was thinking of changing it out and keeping the old one for a spare.

Never had a Polaris one fail me. Probably not a bad idea to use it as a spare though. Start breaking in the new one.

1500 miles on the stock belt on my 14, still looks like new, but I carry a spare.

2000 miles per the manual.

I replace mine about 5 miles before they break.

If the manual says 2K I will go at lease another year

I have a 13 pro and have 2300 on my belt now. The original one that came on it lasted 700, but that was the one that was weak. My friend's is a 14 pro and he has 2800 on his original. I wouldn't say we are easy on our sleds either. they've held up good for us!
