When does it normally start snowing at Mt Baker?

Any ideas when Baker usually starts getting snow..? November..ish?? Any suggestions on where to stay in that area? Any input would be great..

Should be able to ride by mid december,,, sometime late november. got a camper? i heard the baker lake camp ground will be open this winter:face-icon-small-sho

you will be luck to ride there before mid dec.,
depends on the year
if you stay in sedro, there is a hotel (something river)
that will leave you about a 20-30 min. drive to parking

Ok... so how far am i going to have to travel in mid to late Nov to ride..? Idaho maybe? Thanks for the replies... I have never been to Baker and hear its great. May have to schedule a trip later in the year.

On a GOOD early year most areas are rideable by that time....typically not great coverage that early, but rideable if only the roads. I think that goes for anywhere in Id or BC too.....lucky to ride by Thanksgiving anywhere but the highest elevations on a good year.

Look at Revelstoke, We most likely will not be riding in mid November here in N Idaho.

i wouldn't count on riding anything but ROADS (unless you wanna risk damage) until January (it could happen sooner just don't COUNT on it).. even with a good snow yr it takes a good 50 to 60in base to really get radical in the PAC Northwest

snow level 5000 ft.

Hey guys,
Heard on the new this morning that the snow level in WA will be 5000 ft Fri night.

Agreed, lots of people get out early, but a lot of the places I ride require a good base before you can get into them.. Maybe I just hit stuff way to often?

i like my A arms just the shape they are now. road riding until the coverage occurs. the way sleds have the front arms tied to the bulk head,,,, you can total a sled when taking out an A arm

we go to Revy every thanksgiving...this will be year 5...it has yet to disapoint.....'06 was over-the-hood-blower-powder!!
