When did 700 cranks change thrust washer location

Anyone know what year Polaris changed the location of the thrust washer on the 700 cranks? I have a new crank in the cabinet with the washer on the PTO end bearing. I believe that was the 97-98 crank, but can't remember.

Anyone know?

Pretty sure your right that would be the 97-98 crank.
