While trying to sell my sled on craigslist this fall I was also emailed by scammers. Some lady wanting to buy sled but out of town so she wants to send her shipping co. to pick it up. Then give you a paypal link in their email saying this is the only way they can do it. I just emailed back cash in hand or sled goes nowhere! Then they give you a hundred excuses why the cant come themselves. And every time thers was a response a different email would come up for them. My Wife's friend lost a $5000 ring like this in a phony paypal account. Lots of shady people out there.

Had similar issues here too. And we have issues like this with online sales all the time. Second and Third world countries ordering, approving funds, then we ship worldwide and they cancel payment. Luckily we still get paid from their account since they approved the payment, but it is a huge hassle!1
