Ruidoso would be the closest crappy riding! Any good riding would be in the northern part of the state. Basiclly the Chama /Toas area. You could just leave your sleds with Me ! anywhere in that part of the state IS freaking HOT HOT HOT. The Gila NF is awsome elk hunting but no sledding at all
