Looking for someone coming to Revelstoke

Its snowing here.Is anyone coming up here through Billings, Montana that could pick up a sled for my kid (bought on E-bay), in exchange for $ or accommadation in Revelstoke? (I've in the process of putting in a suite, I live near the ski-hill)If you've got room for an extra sled and this may somehow help you, please e-mail me -

we rode bolder yesterday. sat for 90 minutes waiting for the fog to lift and it did. We ended up with 2 and a half hours of heaven.

rode quartz today. Found lots of untracked snow. Had a blast until my 2007 rev 800r decided to blow up. It isn't a good sign when you can see a connecting rod?

the highways are brutul right now. ice crystals raining down. A nice couple we met in the comfort inn this morning were ahead of us by about 1/2 mile and they lost it. 2 place enclosed trailer on its side, hit the guard rail twice pretty good. everyone was safe but the sleds came loose and beat eachother up pretty good.

ya if its not so good tommorow morning im gonna head home. I cant stand this socked in crap for 2 days. I know im b!tchin but we tracked the hell out of the trees already and i want to get into the open and hit this pow bad.

Rode today and burnt all 13 gallons of my fuel. Sun was out, went straight to the back. Not a soul around, everyone was sitting in the cabin waiting for the fog to lift. Only 8 sled way back there. Must have been 60 sleds around the cabin on my way down. They have no idea what they missed !

The SRS will be grooming both Boulder and Frisby today in the afternoon.
Take it easy on your way down. I would like to thank everyone for your cooperation with the parking for the last few days.
I`ve got them saluting me now. ;)

Puff, why was the decision to keep the Cariboo runs open until the 1st of Jan ? Just curious

Wierd, we rode Revy on thursday, 3 to 4 feet of all untouched pow. Had blue and sun for 80% of the ride. Guess the Sun god likes us, no complaints here awesome ride's.

Caribou closure dates were changed because of negotiations we had with gov. in the beginning of Dec. They agreed the animals were not up in the alpine until later in the season and it gave us more riding areas during our peak tourism time. Caribou closure areas will now be in effect Jan.1-Apr. 15 and open again on the 16th of Apr. on Frisby, Sale, Keystone. Caribou Basin will only be open to ride on the weekends and statutory holidays during this closure period.

Had another wicked ride today. No one around, 4 feet of fresh and untracked for as far as the eye could see. Had some sun as well ! Gotta love the not so busy places !

yep it was awsome. until i hit a bump while i was sidehilling and i got bucked off and dislocated my knee bad. i couldnt even walk. some friends put it back in but it still hurt lik hell. but it was epic while we were ridin.3-5ft of untouched pow

Had super bowl to myself this morning WITHOUT A SINGLE TRACK when it cleared up for about 2 hours.....sooooooo deep and light. I'm going to guess 4ft??? I managed to burn a tank of gas in one morning, and had to leave before running out, but good god was it sick.

Totally mind blowing; probably one of the best 4 hours I've ever had on my sled. Didn't even bother to unstrap my snowboard...

Just got back from Revelstoke. Had three days of deep snow then woke up on the Dec 30 with snow coming down heavy. About three to four more feet on top. Snow coming up in your face all day. Was even hard to breath at times. I have sledded out there for 10 years and never seen that much snow. Couldn't even hear your sled run under all that snow.
