Whats the longest application you ever filled out?

I just finished filling out an app that will wind up being 20 pages long with all the requested information included with it.

It got me thinking, whats the longest application you have filled out?

I didn't fill out an application for the job I have now but the application for my security clearence was ridiculous.

Maybe not the longest, but definately the most. Every goddamn year, that stupid FAFSA.... then there were all the papers for various scholarships at UW....

longest app i have filled out was 8 pages both sides. had carpal tunnel when i got done.

Yep, gov't/security clearance----28 pages plus. I've had to do it twice.

I filled out an ap to be a sperm donor-wanted all my family history, how tall my parents were, my iq, etc. About 25 pages. Then they rejected me because I'm too short, blind, and going bald. I don't think alcoholic mechanic is very high on the list of demand for donors, either.
