whats the deal with renewals

i was wondering if anyone else had problems renewing there subscription to sw threw the web page? When i click on the renew button it sends me to a error message anyone else have this happen?

Oh hell yeh ended up with two subsriptions.. One longer than the other yet both stopped at the same time?!? Just try talking to someone....

It's been doing that for a couple weeks. I finally renewed my SledHeads membership through snail mail.
