Whats the better all around ski? Powder Pro, or Powder hound?

:)I'm looking at getting a set of skis for my sled this winter, I'm looking at getting slp Powder Pros, or Slydog Powder Hounds, I have heard at lot of good about both, but have only tried the powder pros, in deep, deep stuff, they were nothing short of amazing, but that's the only time I've ever used em, and I have zero time on the powder hounds. So I'm wondering what's the better ski? I live in alberta, so most of my riding is flat, ditch banging, some trail, and powder when ever possible, I'll ride all day just trying to find a good hidden powder spot. And I make a trip or two the mountains now and then as well, so I do a bit of eveything I guess. Anybody used both? What in your opinions is the better ski?

Thanks

1 vote for Powder Pros. Everyone I have talked to likes them because they work well in powder, trail and snocross. I personally use them but have never tried the powder hounds.

Thanks team2, hey could you PM me your price on a set, bottoms, loops, polaris mounts, and the cheapest carbides you got, something like a 4-5" carbide. Shipped to alberta? T0H-2H0

Thanks.

I've tried and sold a fair number of Powder Pros. Nice skis if you want to hit the Powder most of the day. I personally don't care for them in the flats, rider forward sleds are worst than non. They have too much keel height and throw you around more than your average ski. Get a crusty snow and they are nerve racking to ride. More track helps, but none the less, on anything less than all p owder I've never cared for them. I would think you would be better of on a pair of SLT's or Simmons. I've never tried Powderhounds, but hear they are a pretty good set of boards which float and track pretty well.

I put a set of SLP Powder Pros on my 700 mountain Max last year and I could not believe a set if skis could make that big of a difference in how a sled handles. Trails and powder. I can't speak on other brands as this is the only set of after markets I've ever purchased.
