Its a 1998.5 dodge laramie slt cummins 24 valve, automatic. got 160,000 miles on it. I "am the original owner" (my dad bought it new, and I bought it from him). Its got a BHAF intake, autometer boost, pyro, trans temp, fuel pressure gauges, ATS 3 piece manifold, edge comp, boost valve. It had a new transmission at 75000 miles. Also had a new fuel pump around the same time.

I will try and get pictures up tomorrow. Its got most factory options- cd, overhead console, power heated mirrors, power locks, windows, driver seat, 4wd, new batteries, new crank sensor
KBB- $8945 fair condition
NADA- $8025 average condition
Edmunds- $3524 average condition

id have to see pics, but i have a very similar pickup(manual though), i believe the book is a little low. i would say closer to the $9,500 range, just guessing. But that is locally, where cummins powered dodges are pretty much gold...just my $.02

this is the best picture i got here. It would be with the stock rims, it also has tinted windows now

I agree with book being low as around here I would think 10-12k would be about what that would sell for.

If it was a 12v you could get 12 no problem IMO

I have a 98 12valve with 322K miles on her; do you think that would drop her worth any?:face-icon-small-dis I sure like mine- wouldn't trade it for ann "overvalved" vp pump unless I was DESPERATE:D

I would say the NADA and the KBB are pretty close....we wouldn't get much more than that around here for and diesels are good sellers. Gonna depend more on how it drives, what kinda shape the brakes and front end are in, etc, than on the performance crapola. Better to go on the auto trader and see what others are asking than go by the books....and these days, if you're not near the low end, good luck selling. I would think $9,900 --> $10,900 would be a good selling price and start subtracting whatever repairs it needs.

well, i got it in the shop right now to replace the vacuum lines on the 4wd and put a new seal in the rear end, after that, it should be in good mechanical condition. Last year, spent about $1500 replacing the tie rods, seals in front end, etc, pretty much redid the front end.

a 1999 just like mine with 120,000 miles just sold on ebay for 12,000, so should I start with asking 10,000 and see what happens?

my whole town is like dodges and all my buddies got them. I know one has a 2000 with the high output cummins and its got a 170,000 pretty much same crap you got but with like smarty box and 150 injectors and its online for 17,000. but its im beautiful condition. So you might get 11, 12 if its in good condition.

I would start the price at 12G, no sense in starting low unless your in a hurry to get rid of it and who know's it may go for that with a newer front end under her and all the options. Just my .02 it seems fair.

Good Luck:beer;
