Pretty slow in here lately. I know I've been busy fishing for a few Kings and plenty of chum salmon, both for sale and for the winter. I know we cut and smoked twice as many King Salmon as we did last summer which makes for great eating. So next time you are in a fancy restaurant and there's fresh salmon on the menu, as if it came from the Yukon. There aren't many kings floating around out in Anchorage that came from the Yukon because of politics, but there are some lucky places.
