What to check before 09 D800 warranty expires?

What should I check or have checked before my warranty runs out end of November. I need to pull the valves and Y pipe and look for piston scuffing right, but what else should I check, or have checked? Can the ecu and voltage regulator be checked out? I would hate to have something covered crap out in Decmber.
Thanks for any advice.

Check the compression. Should be about 120~125 psi per cylinder and no more than 10% difference between the two.

pull the y-pipe, plugs and powervalves...inspect the pistons and cylinders really closely..any scoring heavy marks on cylinder or piston...take it to the dealer....also while its apart, pull the ecm and look at the bottom of it at the gell..if it shows any heating, discoloration,or blistering tell the dealer..also would be a good idea to ask the dealer nicely to plug in his scanner, check for any codes, check all sensor readings are in spec, and finally to put a multimeter on the tps and verify it is properly set to spec..that should do it....also inspect the inside of the plug caps...look for any signs of excessive wear from vibration...

What info can be gained from hookin up to the dealers digital wrench? Anything useful?

basically they are just checking to make sure every sensor is reading with in range(there have been contamination issues found with both intake and exhaust sensors)..just a very good idea that the better dealers do whenever they service a machine with any kind of engine/runability issues...
