looking to buy my better half a sled, havin a hard time deciding what to get. shes not very big, 130lbs so itd be nice to get something fairly nimble..... will be used mostly for mountain riding, so minimum 153, prefer a 162 i think for when i use it.... was thinking either an m7 or m8, dragon 700 or maybe an xp (tho she says she hates them lol). dont really want to spend over 7000. honest opinions would be appreciated, thanks guys/gals !

My mom, and past Gf's have had an awesome time getting to learn how to ride and progress skills on a 600 pro rmk. very capable motor, and a great chassis! And you can find some of the 11 or 12 models down in that range...

I got my wife on a 2013 Doo Renegade a few weeks back for a day trail ride with me and my dad and she was grinning ear to ear. After all these years, she'd finally decided she wants a sled. I'm thinking I'm going to go with a late model XP/SP 600 154, possibly a XM but she's gonna have to be extra nice:lips: to me for that one.

Bought my fiancé a 09 m8 with a 153 she loves it. Go with the shorter track options , it will be easier for them to maneuver and turn in tight places. If you get a get a sled setup for you she's not gonna like any brand.

Reverse, electric start and good suspension. You'll have a riding partner for a very long time :)

I'm a woman and I'd suggest an M7 or 8. I've ridden the Revs and I find them much harder to throw around in the deep. I have an M7 153" and my DH has the 162" I prefer the little bit shorter track as I'm not a big hill climber, more a play in the meadows and technical tree riding. Reverse would be a great option but I don't think electric start is a necessity if she can pull her own over. If not it is an absolute must, esp for the times she needs to pee and go off away from the guys to do it! Good luck!
