What the best mountain sled out there?

I have a apex ltx 40th ann. and want to get rowdy with a mountain sled because i'm tired of getting stuck, lol. is yamaha the best bet or somehting else, would appreciate the feedback,

throw a turbo on your apex and put it on a 100lb diet and you'll have one of the badest mtn sled around

the best mountain sled is the one you feel most comfortable on...and can afford. i've ridden almost every kind of sled there is with every kind of mod you can do over the last 3 years and for me a Yamaha Nytro with boost in a 162" and lightweight everything is my favorite. If you have to stay stock and watch the $$$...any of the new mountain sles are good. The new M8 HCR sounds like its gonna be a very good stocker. good luck!

Hey guys,
You can put a turbo on your Yami and go up any mountian you want, but is that really the kind of riding you do. if your like most, its best to have a lighter 2 stroke 7 or 800, and you can do everything, throw them around through trees and climb and boondock. why be warnout at the end of the day pullin around a Yamatank.

I think any of the new 2 stroke 151 track and bigger are good for MTN. sleds,but it might be a draw beteen the new M8 and D8 for this year....Just the opion of a biased Polaris owner.

Even if he turbo'd his sled, it's still a 136" track witha brutal attack angle that constantly trenches.

If you are buying new and staying stock you can't go wrong with a Summit 800, M1000, or dragon 800.

If you are going with boost, go Yammy Apex MTX or Nytro MTX. Leave the Phazer's to the girls and kids.

Take a xp rear rivot it to a m8 front end add a m8 turbo kit put a set of flame stickers on it take off all unneeded weight including seat silencer lighting and bs gauges add a 162 track and you,ll still get stuck!!
