What sled to buy?

So I lost the motor in my KK this year and am looking for a new sled. Im torn between a turbo m-8 or a yamaha nitro turbo. I have ridden the m8s but have not been on a yamaha but know they build a great sled. Any input is appreciated. I mostly mountain climb work the trees when we have powder in california. Thanks

What about a Cat 1100T? After riding with Chris Brown and seeing how well he could ride his Turbo Nytro sled in the trees and hearing about him riding that sled over 100 days this year I was pretty stoked to build/buy one. After looking at what it would take money wise to copy what he did I decided on a Cat 1100T with Super Chute turbo from Evolution Powersports. The Cat stock chassis is way closer to what I wanted, just needed to drop some weight and add power. Gonna start at 50lbs off and 80HP on and see how it works. Something to consider...

THANKS FOR THE INFO. NOT SOLD ON THE NEW CATS WITH ALL OF THE CLUTCH PROBLEMS AND OTHER FIT AND FINISH STUFF I'VE READ ABOUT ON HERE. I'M SURE THEY WILL WORK IT OUT BY NEXT YEAR THOUGH.

I'd buy one of these!

I think 2013 Skidoo is one to watch this year. If I were buying right now would be toss up 2013 Summit or Pro Rmk 800. Despite all the Skidoo reliability issues I've seen in past, as now even AC had problems in 2012. Anyway if had cash and wanted to take a calculated risk for new I would probably go with the 2013 Summit. Will be interesting to see real world experience and what the forums say next year.

What reliability issues??

Looks like a great sled, but for what they cost you would think CMX would step up their marketing a little bit. I know they are a niche company, but they don't showcase the capability of their sleds well at all. Most of the media I have seen is similar to the above video. Guys doing donuts and popping wheelies.

$27500 for a CMX, I don't think so not for me anyways. What makes them so special? What kinda motors they running, is it custom everything? Just never been around 1 before so no idea what they are made up of. Just seems to me so of those boosted yamaha's don't cost that much to build.

well a turbo nytro will get spendy if you start building on it, but they are proven to be super reliable turbo sleds.
