What ski stance setting do you prefer for boondocking?

I have an 09 M8 and I'm curious what ski width setting you guys prefer for boondocking?

I had mine in the widest position and now they are in the narrowest but, I haven't rode it yet with them in the narrow position.

Is it too tippy in the narrow position for overall use?

What do you guys prefer?

been using the narrow option since it came out, once you get used to how fast it lays over you will love, give it a fair chance and you wont go back

Ok, but I can see some tipping the sled on the side coming while I'm figuring out the new balance points.

I rode the narrow front-end last year and loved it. I piled up my sled on the last ride of the season and wrecked the A-Arms. I replaced it with a crossfire front end, I'm now riding with the X-fire front in the narrowest postion. At first I hated the wide stance but now I'm getting used to it. The narrow is awesome for the trees and boondocking but I love the wider front end when I'm climbing. If you're climbing up a rutted out hillside, the wider the better. I guess it all comes down to what kind of riding you like to do and where you spend most of your time.

I've always used the narrowest possible position. I narrowed my CF arms to M size this winter. Also cut sides of the powder pro skis and sno pro ski springs into ski mounts. Damn it turns sharp now! And I love that :) Yes it's tippy but it's really awesome after you get used to it.

Does anybody know how I can remove bad rating I gave to BigHoe? I really didn't mean to do it. I must have hit touch pad during writing or something.
