So I didn't have time to get anything done on my sled before summer, so I was woundering some of the things I should do like drain the gas, new spark plugs, ect.
What should I do to get my sled ready for winter?

Clean exhaust valves.

change brake fluid
change chain fluid and check chain tension
Only drain the gas if it's over 6 months old and no stabilizer was used
Clean the clutch
....I'm sure many other things can be done, these are just a few main ones.

I had that same sled for 3 years, just sold it (EFI 800). My engine seized in it. Check the rollers on the primary clutch to make sure they are not hollowed out. If you start fouling spark plugs every couple hundred miles it will be time for an engine break-down and rebuild before it grenades.
Check the power valve cables adjustment to make sure it's within spec.
