What r u wearing under Klim Freeride pants?

What are people actually wearing under the Klim Freeride pants? I know Klim says you have to wear the 2 speciality Klim layers under the pants for warmth. But what I'm looking for is a pair of pants to wear when mountain riding that are not big and bulky. Wearing 2 layers plus the Freeride pants sounds like it would defeat the purpose of trying to get away from bulky bibs. Any experiences welcome. Thanks.

I wear just the Kilm Aggressor pants under mine. They are just like long johns only 1000 times better and not bulky at all.

Under Armor and fleece pants under Klim. It feels and works way better than the old school bibs.

Most often I wear just Under Armour as a base layer, then the pants. If it's in the teens or below I pack a set of thin fleece pants as well.

Two layers, plus the pants and I'm too hot. But then we all regulated heat differently.

Yes, I generally skip the mid layer. Pack the fleece in the backpack if you get cold. Again, if it drops into the teens or below then the fleece (midlayer) goes on.

so are some of you saying you only wear a base layer (ie the aggressor pants) and skip the midlayer? Can you do this with getting cold most of the time?

I just wear burton first layer pants underneath the Free-rides. I've never been cold before.:beer;

I wear good "wicking" long underwear or on warmer days just a pair of athletic shorts and tall motocross socks.

Under Armour under Thor Freeride pants...$150
Klim Freeride pants alone......$350
Watching you all get "COLD"........PRICELESS.
All kidding aside one base layer then pants here.

Leopard skin banana hammock;)

No, I just wear helly hanson long underwear. I just picked up some under armor so we'll see how that works. Ive worn just the one layer to about minus 20C. Any colder than that and I usually dont go out. At that temp its comfortable when riding but if you were going to do any sitting around I would definitely wear a mid layer.

I wear the Burton EXP weight first layer pants, they are slightly thicker than the lightweight first layer and obviously thinner than fleece pants...warm all season long without the bulk...the key is that they wick the moisture away from your skin.:beer;
