Just reflecting and wanted to thank those have provided me with great service, often above and beyond. Nothing unusual regarding my first couple kits - Explorer and 2Moto. Then Allen came along. Allen and his staff always provided our group with excellent service and assistance. Now in the big world of Polaris things have understandably changed. My side venture with UFO didn't work out but the owners went far beyond the norm to make things right. Josh at Yeti has always gone the extra mile to take care of his customers even in the difficulties of CAMSO trying to get on line he steadfastly follows through.
Regarding dealers: Larry at Loon Lake Marina has always provided great service and follow-up. Also included are Mike from Motion Sports, the team at Experience Powersports and the crew at Hanson Garage.
Everyone I mention has gone beyond the norm to take care of difficult situations. Part of what makes this sport great are those who helped create it.
