I just took my top end apart to look at the cylinders and everything looks great haven't checked the tolerances but I will. What kit is everybody going with I have a 12 silbers turbo figured might as well since I have it torn apart anyway.

Silbar last year, not happy with dobeck box att all. Going with Boondocker this year.
Have been playing with the Bd box, and i think its better. The problem with the dobeck is getting the midrange tuned right, either it runs safe gets to much fuel when accelerating making it run bad, or its working good but have dangerous high afr.you will not be happy with bd fuel box also i think.
i have a lot hours of working with both controllers.
dobeck best deal, very simply to tune and it has good result.

Actually was talking about the fix kit very happy with the turbo sorry about that noticed rkt has one mtn tk has one and I know there are others anybody doing this on a 12 pro.
PAR and mtn tk (pms polaris) is the way to go, but thats me. Everyone knows that rk tek makes "fix" kit, but compare pms and their customers and rk tek`s. Pms started to make these kits several years ago, rk tek jumped on the "pro train" as i call it, last year(2011).. In my opinion, thats not the same thing if u ask me. Pms and par = polaris all the way for several years or Rk Tek = a year or two. I dont want to bash anyone, but i am just realistic about those things.
You guys can prefer any shop or kit you wish.. BUT...
I would just like to clear up a BIG "mis-information" about RK Tek and how ling we have been inthe Polaris Performance business...
RK Tek has been doing Polaris Performance since the Mid 90's
So, when somebody comes on a public forum and begins to tell other forum readers that RK Tek has only been in the Polaris game for a few years.. This is simply not true or even remotely factual..
We CHOSE to step out of the Polaris for a few years when the CFI-4 Engine debuted.. We inspected the engine and found MANY "items" that we felt were going to be problematic..
In other words... We KNEW (after inspection) that the 2008 Dragon was going to be a problem child.. AND history shows that this was a correct assumption..
We made a conscious business decision to step away an HOPE that Polaris would address some of the issues that were present.. and if you remember, there was a massive recall on ALL 2008 CFI-4 Engines..
Truth be known, RK Tek did all of the Carls Cycle 910 (800 Big Block era 2001)Billet Heads for MANY years.. and we have built countless Polaris engines.
As for the PRO.. RK Tek's POLICY is to test and re-test for at least 1 season before releasing any products.. So, allof our products have at least 1 season under their belt before they are released to the public.. So,
ALL of our products will be released , at least,1 year AFTER its inception..
Making a quality and reliable product takes time and massive amounts of testing..
So, again, choose whatever product you feel comfortable with.. But please do not post falisties about ANY business..
To be "realisitic" one has to have the "facts" not just assumptions...
