What kind of a pod filter do you have

What kind of a pod filters do you have

Mine are uni and just wondering if they are what I should be using.
they are a dual layer foam black inner and red outer, plus they have an outer wear on top .I have never liked the outerwears as I've ran into trouble with them on jetskis. When they get wet they clog and restrict flow.LOking at the uni site it looks like these dual layered ones may not be for snowmobiles

We run the PROK filters (like a k&n) with a pre filter ( outer wear ) . The pre filter is a must if you ride much powder , there a lot les restrictive than the foam filters

One to two jet sizes , they run leaner when they can breath easier and maybe one size one pilot depending where your at on your jetting , then jus start over reading your plugs and jet accordingly ,it also depends on if your using a foam filter or the mesh style like k&n . foam is more restrictive so runs a lil richer

what I have found out so far is that the filters I have are designed for dirt.
Also outerwears are intended to be changed every 6-12 months and are less effective the more they come in contact with water

Well the prok site tells me nothing.Where I can buy them,I'll check dennis kirk, western powersports stoped selling them and are selling SPI now

who has EGT

I would like to compare my modified air box to a pod filter setup and see which works better in all conditions. Is anyone going to be at hawkfest with EGT's on there hawk?
