WHAT is my 2005 m7 worth?????

i have a 2005 m7 with a dakoda m8 kit, twin pipes, boondocker nos with control box, digitron, light weight hood, challenger extreame 153 track, flow right intake, hood and sidepannel vents, bar riser, and snowpro cluching, around $23,000 invested. it is not in mint shape, small rip in the seat,very small crack in the tunnel, craked hood (fixed). i have a buyer for $6300 this weekend........SHOULD I SELL???????? please help

unfortunaltely thats about all you'll get. I just sold my 04 king 500 miles mint condition with a brand new speedwerx 1000 for $5000 and was happy to get it. Mod sleds are fun but man you take a hit when you sell them.
