The missing part is he did not take the money to give away, he gave away the money and was given back 10 fold. There are parasites and there are those that contribute to world. A forced contribution is not a contribution, i wish mainly the political fools would notice. Even goes biblical, "Give, and you shall Receive" pretty simple.

No, that is the key. He paid his employees generously for their labor, and he reaped the benefits too. There was no guarantee that he would make money because of it. In my opinion this is as close to karma as it gets. What goes around comes around.

Isn't that what I said, and where some may say there is no guaranty.... if done right there is. Ford new things most are to stubborn to understand these days, he also did thing to keep what he new a secret. You can learn from what he did, but to know and understand why he did, is way different. The principle is give and you shall receive, the technique is planned and executed with precision. Thus a guy with hardly a school backed education became a billionaire.

Oh I see what you are saying. But yeah your correct. I think the only company that can come close to this is goggle in terms of employee benefits and such.

the funny thing is, he increased the pay for one reason. to keep his production line running. not to be the good guy or for karma. but to keep his plant productive. And at the rate he was losing employees he had to do something.

Yeah the turnover was bad, but he could have upped the pay perhaps 10% and it would have been plenty. I think we can all agree doubling salary was quite generous.

either way it is the classic american story. Figuring out the problem and coming up with a solution and executing.

I think it is more "I am entitled to it!" I see it on many of the underlings and it seems to be apparent for some people up at the top too.

We are all "entitled" to social security.
We are all "entitled" to 99 weeks of unemployment while working cash jobs.
We are all "entitled" to make a lot of money.

I think people are entitled to crap....
